SJ Group offers a wide range of RTO-related services including but not limited to:
Driving license application and renewal
Vehicle registration and ownership transfer
Permit and fitness certification
Road tax assistance and NOC
Insurance and pollution certificate support
Consultancy services for companies and fleet operators
These services are subject to change or update at any time without prior notice.
Our services are available to:
Indian citizens above 18 years of age (for DL services)
Individuals or businesses owning vehicles
Fleet owners or corporate clients requiring RTO services
You must provide accurate and complete information for all applications. False documentation may lead to legal consequences, for which SJ Group is not responsible.
All original documents shared with us are handled with care. However:
SJ Group is not responsible for any delay caused by the RTO department.
Clients must ensure all documents are genuine and valid.
SJ Group is not liable for rejection of application due to incorrect or forged documents.
Full or partial payment must be made in advance depending on the service type.
Service charges are non-refundable once the process is initiated.
Official receipts will be provided for every payment.
While we strive to complete services within estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:
Government holidays
RTO staff unavailability
Verification delays or incomplete documentation
SJ Group is not responsible for such delays.
All personal information provided to SJ Group is kept confidential. We do not share your data with third parties unless:
Required by law
Necessary for the completion of RTO services

If a customer wishes to cancel a service:
Cancellation must be requested in writing
If the work has already begun, a cancellation fee or partial charge may apply
SJ Group is a service facilitator and not a government body. We are not liable for:
RTO rejection of application
Damage or loss of documents by third-party courier
Any penalties due to customer negligence or delay
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or office notice.
